the location is super close to gatwick airport, which is awesome for the price. the bathroom was really clean and the beds were comfy. we liked having the fridge in the room, super handy for snacks. check-in was easy and we didn’t have any hassle with instructions. the area was pretty quiet and chill, not a lot of noise.
it got kinda warm overnight, and the room could have used better cooling. also, we wanted breakfast but didn't get a chance to try it out.

Chocolates on the towels and thoughtful bathroom products made the stay feel special.
Finding the place from the center was initially tricky with no paper map in hand, and there’s a smart TV in the room but no internet connection to log into streaming services, which made for limited entertainment options at night.

A warm welcome and clean retreat
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and exceptional service. The room was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and offered thoughtful amenities like a fridge and a selection of teas and biscuits. The location was ideal, just a short stroll from the historic center of East Grinstead, making exploration easy and enjoyable. The inviting atmosphere and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable.
The only downside was occasional noise from neighboring rooms, which could disrupt the peace at night. Fortunately, the comfortable bed helped me drift off despite the disturbances, but it did require some patience.

The check-in process was seamless, thanks to clear instructions and a warm welcome from the host. The room was spacious, meticulously clean, and equipped with a kettle and an extensive selection of teas and coffees, accompanied by delightful chocolates. While the location offered easy access to local shops, some areas became a bit noisy at night, which could disrupt the overall relaxation. Although breakfast wasn’t taken during the stay, the menu choices looked enticing for future visits.

Comfortable Stay with a Friendly Host
I had a lovely one-night stay, and my room was spacious and kept impeccably clean, making it feel quite homely. Brian, the host, was very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. If I had to mention an area for improvement, it would be to upgrade some of the furnishings for a fresher feel.

I had a comfy room with chocolates on the towels and an info pack that helped me navigate the area, which was a nice touch. You can chill in the lovely garden or enjoy a peaceful walk around the tree-lined streets. The only thing was some occasional noise from the traffic, but it didn't really bother me too much. 😊

Lovely house with spotless rooms and all the little essentials you need. The location is fab, just a short stroll to shops and eateries like a proper posh lady would enjoy. Loved my stay and would definitely return!
The fridge was like a moody teenager—great until it decided to stop working. who knew finding the place could be an Olympic sport? A map would have been handy!
